Please pray for one of our kids grandfather who lives across the street from our new community centre. He has been ill for 6 months now. We have been praying for him & helping both him & his family as they are poor. One of my staff called me today to let me know he was rushed to hospital with septicaemia. He is in his 70's & is refusing care, content to pass on. His brother is coming in from another town to talk with him as his wife has said that she will respect her husband's wishes.
I have spent many days sitting in his wheelchair next to him laying in bed talking & praying for him. Whenever I have come to visit he always looks at me, smiles & reaches to hold my hand while I am there.
It is something I truly love, to walk alongside & serve the poor & sick.
