I went to the village for a visit yesterday & was welcomed by two of our boys on bicycles. They followed me as I walked around the village looking for empty places. As I was walking down the street a family saw me & their 3 year old daughter jumped in my arms. I talked with another parent & she was questioning "why?" I told her I did not know, but Jesus knows & in his time a place will come available. Another old lady in the village told me that she was really frustrated that we don't have a place. With peace told her the same thing I told the other mum. Jesus knows & his time we will have a place. I said "I am praying daily."
To let people know that one of the foundation staff & I will go to the mayor of the village on Friday morning to see if they know whether there are any properties available as a new location for our community centre. We (my team & the locals in the village) have not found any places.
"Wait for the Lord’s help. Be strong and brave, and wait for the Lord’s help." Psalm 27:14
Just realized that this verse says, it takes strength to wait for God & not rush to take control.
