Yesterday hours before we were to open the drop in centre I walked into the village. When a 2-3 year old boy saw me, yelled something in Thai and started running as fast as he could for me. When I picked him up mid stride he grabbed hold and hugged me with all his might for what seemed like many minutes. Then when he let go with a big smile started a conversation to which I understood some, but not all. He was so happy to see me and I was so happy to see him.
I usually like to come hours before to clean the centre & spend some time talking with the people who are around.
but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me. Don’t stop them, because the kingdom of heaven belongs to people who are like these children.”
