Please pray for my uni staff this week. With my wife being away, I told my staff in our last meeting that I would be working from home this week. I empowered my uni staff to run everything on their own as a team & that the newer staff that are older, having more overseas experience are still new to our centre & would follow their lead. I told them I was only a call away if they really, really needed me.
Please pray my staff have a good, fun & challenging week together with each other & the kids, but not have any emergencies.
In December my 3 uni staff will be leaving as they will have completed their 12 month internship with our centre. In 2 weeks a new group of uni internship students will come to see our centre & together we will see if they are to serve with us for this coming year 2020.
In general I am praying for 2 female staff to join us in 2020.
