Here is the test bake of a new cake recipe for the kids...in the rice cooker. These kids caregivers usually only have a small gas or electric wok & a rice cooker. Got to make baking contextual. All of my cake recipes have been in a rice cooker thus far.
Also I have been blessed to have a YWAM team of 10 students from YWAM Kansas City helping last week & this week. They are a great group of servants. The cool thing is that there is a Ukrainian lady & a Mongolian lady who's home is not far from where we used to life in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia.
Please pray as I am hoping to be able to hire/pay a local mother to help us when we are open. This family is very poor & want to help them. Her husband is a faithful hard worker, working 12-14hr days 6 days a week. I have been told that he has no post secondary education & feel by hiring the local mother we can start to build a closer relationship with all their family & help them out at the same time.
